Come learn the game of Flag Football from experienced coaches who know how to elevate young athletes!

7v7Flag partners with certified High School coaches and players to guide girls of all levels through the fundamentals of flag football. Whether you're brand new to the sport or just starting to explore your potential, this 3-day camp in Atherton is the perfect introduction.

What you’ll learn:

Through interactive drills, focused instruction, and game-style play, athletes will build a solid foundation in essential flag football skills. Campers will rotate through skill stations, get introduced to key offensive and defensive positions, and end each day with scrimmage-style reps that reinforce teamwork and game awareness.

Whether you're a middle schooler ready to try something new or a high school player exploring flag for the first time—this camp is designed to support your growth, confidence, and love for the game.

Check-in:

 First day of camp—30 minutes before start time.

 Remaining days—15 minutes before start time.

Check-out:

Pick-up happens at the fields.

Equipment Needed:

Athletic Clothing, cleats, water, sunscreen, and a light snack. If you have flag football gloves, feel free to bring them. Flags and footballs will be provided.

Weather:

Camp will run rain or shine.
