Camp Coaches

Coach Dennis
Founded 7v7Flag out of a long time passion he has had to provide flag football opportunities for females. This pursuit started when his oldest of (3) daughters sought to join an all boys league but wasn't drafted - so he started a new team and took all comers including (2) of his daughters. As Program Director and Head Varsity Coach at Sacred Heart Preparatory in Atherton, CA the Gators finished #10 in CCS (out of 68 schools/MaxPreps) with a record of 13-7. As a 15-year youth coach, Coach O'Malley has been certified in numerous training and coaching classes. Coach O'Malley played college football at Santa Clara University and Cal Poly SLO. When not coaching, Coach O'Malley enjoys spending time with his wife Tanya, their three daughters, Selma, Mila and Isla and their two dogs Maverick and Indy in both Bay Area and Carpenteria.

Coach Ray
Brings over 20 years of coaching experience and a lifelong commitment to student-athlete development. A former football player at Humboldt State University, he uses his background in athletics and education to inspire and lead on and off the field. At Hueneme High School, Coach Rivera heads the girl's flag football and girls' wrestling programs. Under his leadership, the girl's wrestling team has captured four consecutive league championships and produced CIF champions, including athletes who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level. In flag football, he has helped grow the sport locally by hosting tournaments, building a youth pipeline, and creating new opportunities for young women in sports.

Coach Frank
Coach Frank is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of coaching experience and a strong foundation in competitive athletics. Since 2023, he has served as the Head Coach of the Ventura High School Flag Football team, where he's brought energy, discipline, and a championship mindset to the program.
Before flag, Coach Frank spent 12 years coaching tackle football and built a legacy of athletic excellence at SPHS in track and field, specializing in the 400m, high jump, long jump, and triple jump. He’s also a decorated basketball coach, currently leading the girls' varsity team since 2017, earning four Coach of the Year honors.
A proud Fresno native, Frank was a multi-sport athlete in high school and continued his athletic career in football, track, and basketball at Fresno City College—where he was inducted into the Hall of Fame—and New Mexico Highlands University. He also competed professionally in arena football with the Central Valley Coyotes.
With 10 years of service in the U.S. Army, Coach Frank brings unmatched leadership, structure, and passion to every practice and play.
