Camp Coaches

Coach Marlo - Camp Director
Marlo brings a powerful and trailblazing background to the game of football. She played nine years of tackle football as the only girl on the field, competing with resilience, toughness, and an unwavering love for the sport. Her experience breaking barriers in a traditionally male-dominated game has shaped her leadership style and deep commitment to expanding opportunities for the next generation.
She went on to work three years with the Minnesota Golden Gophers football program, serving as a Quarterback Student Assistant, Equipment Manager, and Operations Intern. In these roles, she gained valuable experience in player development, team logistics, and the inner workings of a Division I program—bringing both on-field knowledge and behind-the-scenes expertise to every team she serves.
Marlo is deeply passionate about creating pathways for girls in football. Through mentorship, advocacy, and hands-on coaching, she is committed to ensuring that young female athletes not only have a place in the game—but thrive in it.

Coach Ryleigh
SHP Girls Flag Football star Ryleigh Longaker was selected to participate in the Glow Up Girls Flag Football Classic, an elite event featuring the top 20 girls flag football players in Northern California. Ryleigh earned her selection following a standout season in which she was named the West Bay Athletic League's Girls Flag Football Offensive MVP. In the first year the West Bay Athletic League held an organized championship for the sport, Ryleigh helped lead SHP to the league title.

Coach Gianna
Gianna Camus is a 2026 SHP Graduate. As a two year starter on Varsity Gianna gained WBAL All-League honors in her Junior and Senior years. As a Senior she was a leader on a defense that had (9) shutouts contributing (8) INTs including a go-ahead pick (6) against league rival Riordan. She also played in the Gets Sports Focus all star game this summer.

Coach Dennis
Founded 7v7Flag out of a long time passion he has had to provide flag football opportunities for females. This pursuit started when his oldest of (3) daughters sought to join an all boys league but wasn't drafted - so he started a new team and took all comers including (2) of his daughters. As Program Director and Head Varsity Coach at Sacred Heart Preparatory in Atherton, CA the Gators finished #10 in CCS (out of 68 schools/MaxPreps) with a record of 13-7. As a 15-year youth coach, Coach O'Malley has been certified in numerous training and coaching classes. Coach O'Malley played college football at Santa Clara University and Cal Poly SLO. When not coaching, Coach O'Malley enjoys spending time with his wife Tanya, their three daughters, Selma, Mila and Isla and their two dogs Maverick and Indy in both the Bay Area and Carpinteria.
