Meet Guppy

Guppy Uppal is a football development professional and community advocate with experience at the NFL League Office, the Cleveland Browns, and the University of Oregon. A proud Bay Area native and first-generation Indian American, she’s built her career around youth engagement, football operations, and creating inclusive, high-impact programming across all levels of the game.

During her time with the NFL and the Browns, Guppy has helped lead and support a variety of initiatives—from High School Game of the Week and High School Showcases to grassroots programs like Flag-In-Schools, youth girls flag camps, and Legends Clinics. She has also developed skills in measuring program impact through data and metrics, ensuring each activation contributes to long-term growth and community value.

Her logistical and strategic experience has helped her navigate challenges and find creative solutions in the youth football space. Guppy is especially passionate about the future of girls flag football and is excited to bring that energy back to the Bay Area. She believes deeply in building a sustainable and accessible landscape for youth and high school football—one that not only delivers impact but also tells the stories of the communities of young women in the sport being served.
