Meet Coach Rich

Coach Richard Keep is a dedicated youth sports leader with 24 years of coaching experience, including six years leading high school flag football programs. A 20-year EMT with a degree in Criminal Justice, he serves full-time as EMT/Security at Pinecrest Academy Cadence, where he is the Head Coach for both the high school and middle school flag football teams.

In addition to flag football, Coach Keep also coaches high school track and field and serves as the varsity wide receivers and special teams coordinator for the school’s tackle team. Under his leadership, his teams have qualified for the state playoffs four consecutive years, with his high school flag football team, reflecting his strong emphasis on fundamentals, situational awareness, teamwork, and total player development both on and off the field.
