I started 7v7Flag because there were no summer programs for high school girls. As a father of three daughters, one in 9th grade, and the Program Director / Head Varsity Coach at Sacred Heart Prep, I wanted to create an opportunity for young female athletes to excel in flag football.

Now, 7v7Flag is expanding, and we need passionate Camp Directors like you to grow the game!

Currently, we have six camps running, with four in the Bay Area and two in Santa Barbara, in partnership with the Women's Coaching Alliance. You can be a part of this exciting movement and bring 7v7Flag to your community!

CHOOSE YOUR CAMP FORMAT

1 DAY CAMP

A high-energy introductory session designed to engage players and teach fundamental flag football skills in just three hours. Perfect for testing interest in your community and getting started with minimal commitment.

3 day camp

A more structured program that builds on skill development, game strategy, and teamwork. Players get multiple sessions to refine techniques and boost confidence, making this a great balance of learning and fun.

5 day camp

The ultimate camp experience, offering progressive training, in-depth coaching, and competitive scrimmages. Designed to fully immerse players in the sport while creating an unforgettable experience. Ideal for maximizing both impact and earning potential as a director.
Each camp format is fully supported by 7v7Flag, including marketing, registration, insurance, and equipment—so you can focus on coaching and making a difference!

What It Takes To Be A Camp Director

To successfully run a 7v7Flag camp, here’s what you’ll need:

✅ Select Your Camp Format
✅ Secure Field Availability and Coaches
✅ Complete USA Football Flag Certification Course ($15)
✅ Pass a Background Check via Checkr (Paid by 7v7Flag)
✅ Submit a Refundable $100 Deposit

How We Support You

When you become a Camp Director, 7v7Flag handles the logistics so you can focus on coaching and growing your camp:

✅ Payments & Registration – Secure online payments and sign-ups
✅ Communications & Support – Email and phone assistance
✅ Insurance Coverage – Full liability protection for you and your campers
✅ Equipment Provided – Flags, footballs, and cones shipped to you

Earnings BreakDown

Camp pricing varies by market, but the current structure is:

1-Day Camp – $100 per camper
3-Day Camp – $275 per camper
5-Day Camp – $475 per camper

Projected earnings for a Camp Director running a 5-day camp with 30 attendees:

(All proceeds are split evenly between 7v7Flag and the Camp Director after costs)
