Try Flag Football with Coaches from Castro Valley High School!
Looking for a new sport to try this summer? Join the team at Castro Valley High School for three days of hands-on flag football instruction, led by coaches who know the game inside and out. This camp is open to girls in grades 6–8, and also welcomes students who just finished 9th grade and are curious about what flag football has to offer.
With guidance from certified High School coaches, players will spend time learning the basics, trying new positions, and building confidence in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you're here to get ready for high school play or just testing the waters, this is a great place to start.
Here’s what to expect:
Each day is packed with activity—no sitting on the sidelines. Players will rotate through stations focused on different skill sets, including passing, catching, flag pulling, and footwork. Coaches will guide athletes through drills, small group work, and friendly scrimmages.
Ideal for newcomers or those just beginning to explore football, this camp is more than just a sports clinic—it’s a chance to challenge yourself, connect with new teammates, and walk away with a stronger game and a bigger sense of what you’re capable of.

Camp Cost:
$275 for 3 Days of Camp

Check-in:
First day of Camp - Begins 30 min prior to camp start time. Remaining days, check in starts 15 mins prior to the camp start time.
Check-out:
Pick-up happens on the football field.
Equipment Needed:
Athletic Clothing, cleats (optional but recommended) water, sunscreen and a light snack. If you have flag football gloves, feel free to bring them. Flags and footballs will be provided.
Weather:
Camp will run rain or shine.

Coach Teresa
Theresa Koscinski is the Head Coach for the Varsity Girls Flag Football team at Castro Valley High School where she is also an English teacher. Last year, in their inaugural season, Theresa led the Lady Trojans to a victorious season where they ended as League Champions in the WACC South Division. The Lady Trojans had 9 players place in all league as well the Offensive Player of the Year for the WACC South Division. Theresa brings years of coaching and youth development experience to the field. She is dedicated to cultivating a love and passion for sports in female athletes. She is committed to helping female athletes rise to their potential and grow their confidence on and off the field. Theresa is looking forward to continuing to grow Girls Flag Football in Castro Valley and surrounding areas.
